What's the expiration date of my subscription?
Subscribers can find details about their account including the expiration date on Your Account page in the Subscribers Only section.

In what format is the newsletter e-mailed?
Every Friday, we send you an e-mail with an attached PDF file, which can be easily printed.

What constitutes a violation of Asset-Backed Alert's copyright?
There's nothing wrong with occasionally copying a page or two from our newsletter to pass along to an associate. In addition, we are happy to authorize a subscriber to reproduce -- at no extra charge -- any of our articles or tables for a report or some other type of presentation. And if a subscriber is preparing for a conference or some other type of meeting, we're glad to provide free copies of the newsletter for attendees. What's unacceptable, however, is the routine reproduction of our newsletters for distribution to others -- without first obtaining a Multi-User License. This is a blatant, actionable violation of our copyright.

How do licenses work?
A license is simply a discounted group subscription. It allows a specific number of your company's employees to receive Asset-Backed Alert by e-mail each week -- and spares you from worries about copyright violations.

Your license also gives all members of your designated group access to this site's Subscribers Only section, which offers free key-word searches to Asset-Backed Alert's archives.

Here's a breakdown of the license fees:

8-user license: $7,191, or three times as much as an individual subscription.
12-user license: $9,588, or four times as much as an individual subscription.
25-user license: $14,382, or six times as much as an individual subscription.
Corporate license: Allows an unlimited number of your company's employees to receive the newsletter each week. Fee: $21,573, or nine times as much as an individual subscription.

Is there a Web-only deal?

How can I change my method of delivery?
You can receive the newsletter by regular mail or in a PDF file that is e-mailed to you each week -- the subsciption price is the same either way. Click here to update your account.

I'm having problems with my PDF.
The most common cause of PDF problems is using an old version of Acrobat Reader. To check your version of the Reader, open it, go under the Help menu and select About Adobe Acrobat. The version should be 6 or greater. If it is version 5 or less, you will need to upgrade. Download version 6 for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
